Who we are

RCH FX LTD (company number 15858136, registered in England and Wales) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Registered office: . Contact: contact page.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, any company name you give, and your message. Form messages are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, so they pass through its systems on the way to our inbox.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed, which countries visitors come from and which sites send them to us. It is described by Cloudflare as a privacy-first service, and we use it only in aggregate to understand and improve the website, not to identify individuals.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to discuss any products, services or partnerships you ask about. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to enquiries, and, where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, that request. We use visitor statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the site.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. YouTube videos load only after you press play, using the privacy-enhanced YouTube address, and Google may set cookies once a video is playing. You can block the analytics script in your browser if you prefer not to be counted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Details are shared only with service providers who help us run the site and handle email (such as our hosting and email providers), and where the law requires it. Some of these providers are based outside the UK.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details on the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
